Srikanth Jadcherla is primarily a technologist and an entrepreneur, investor, educator and green evangelist. He is currently the Chairman of Seer Akademi, a pioneer in the delivery of high quality education in ESDM sector to engineering colleges in India.Previously, Prof. Jadcherla was Group Director of R&D in the Low Power Verification Group at Synopsys. He joined Synopsys as part of the ArchPro acquisition, where he was founder and CTO. Prior to ArchPro, Jadcherla was an IC designer and architect at companies such as WSI, Intel, Jasmine and Synopsys. He is a veteran of low power designs and pioneer of many energy efficiency techniques and principles. Prof. Jadcherla received an Intel Achievement Award for his work on low power and is the author of 13 patents.Prof. Jadcherla holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from IIT-Madras in India, and a master's degree in computer science and engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Hirdesh is a seasoned business leader with 20 plus years of rich experience in both corporate and academics. He has worked in multiple industries. He has set up multiple functions and institutions and make them grow. Before joining Seer, Hirdesh was with Tech Mahindra for a decade and led Project Management Center and Excellence & vertical Schools. As the Global Head, PMCOE, he was responsible for creating sustainable system and environment for program & project management and developing & enhancing the project and program management competency of Tech Mahindra associates. He was also responsible to create a pipeline of techno-functional consultants across Tech Mahindra. He is a widely travelled executive and has provided services to Fortune 100 customers. He has also been a passionate volunteers to various professional organizations and associations. Hirdesh was awarded Top 40 under 40 Young Trainer 2009 Award from Training Magazine, USA. He was the first Indian to receive this global honor. He was the Program Director for Project Management Institute (PMI) India Conference 2009 and He was the member of Management Advisory Group (MAG) for REP, PMI USA between 2010 & 2013. He was also the Vice Chairman of Indian Society of Training & Development, Hyderabad Chapter. He led Project Management Academy of PMI Pearl City Chapter being its Board Member during 2007–09.

Radhika Jadcherla is a seasoned entrepreneur. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Seer Akademi. She holds an MBA from California and has worked with many companies like United Airlines. Kensington, EBay and PayPal. Radhika has always worked with challenging and new ideas, where the path is unknown and challenges are high. In her very first job, she successfully launched three products. Her passion for new ideas has always motivated her towards startups. She has guided and mentored quite a few startups in the US.

Prof. D.Murali Mohan Rao has 38 years of experience in DRDO and retired as Scientist “G” at DRDO. Dr. Murali Mohan Rao holds bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from SVU, Tirupathi, and a Master’s degree from IIT Madras. He also has an MBA from IGNOU. He has worked extensively in Design & Development of Armoured fighting vehicles specially in the field of Electrical and Electronics, Gun control systems, Thermal Imaging optoelectronics for night vision, laser working system.
