There is dearth of quality teachers in engineering colleges & University. Seer Akademi provides its academic services to them to offer industry oriented courses as part of their curriculum. It offers courses both a B Tech & M Tech level primarily in Digital Design & Verification.
Seer Akademi has developed a process to apply Revised (2 dimensional) Bloom’s Taxonomy to engineering education. Seer Akademi executes specific designed courses to students at various engineering colleges.

Faculty Development Program/Student Development Program
Apart from the regular academic programs, Seer also conducts faculty development and student development programs. Faculty Development Program (FDP) is designed to train and develop students and faculty industry skillset development so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young engineers. Faculty Development Programs (FDP) aim at equipping University instructors with skills and knowledge that are essential for inculcating entrepreneurial values in students and guiding and monitoring their progress towards entrepreneurial career.
The program focuses on
- Enhancing functional area expertise
- Improving one’s classroom delivery both as a teacher and trainer
- Enhancing abilities for conducting meaningful research.
We generally conduct 2 day,3 day, 5 day, 1 week and 2 week development programs in fields of VLSI to faculty, Undergraduate and Post graduate students.
